Description
Take a journey through outer space, as Austin Nature & Science Center invites you to its planetarium! Visit planets and their moons, and see what constellations are visible in North America during different seasons of the year. Hear a constellation story from long ago.
Since 1960, the Austin Nature & Science Center has provided hands-on nature exhibits, education programs and recreation activities for countless visitors, teachers and children of all ages that increase awareness and appreciation of the natural environment. Located on the western edge of Zilker Park, the ANSC is dedicated to the exploration of the natural world.
- Planetarium presentations will take place every 30 minutes beginning at 10:00 a.m. The final presentation will begin at 2:30 p.m. Space is limited to 25 guests per presentation.
- Please visit the Austin Nature and Science Center front desk to obtain a free pass that will secure your spot in the time slot you wish to visit.
- Parking is available in the lot across from the entrance on Stratford Dr. just under Mopac.
